Fractal Analytics + Final Mile Consulting, Mumbai

In collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (behaviour science, business, 

analytics & engineering), I have led design research and implementation of 

projects in enterprise analytics, healthcare, development, and road safety 

projects. 

My role also involved working closely with business and client teams in business development efforts. This included defining the scope of design research to frame proposals, create and deliver pitch presentations and develop the project process and budgeting. 

When I was promoted as a design lead, I was responsible for managing and coaching a 7 member team of behaviour scientists and designers for growing and scaling design-led work in one of the health tech accounts for Fractal. 

 

Specific Projects:

• Enterprise Analytics: Was in-charge of research and design for various UI platforms for BI reporting, automation and scaling processes and project management workflows for CPG and health-tech clients.

• Social Development: Co-developed a framework to assess social and environmental vulnerabilities across life stages for rural women accessing healthcare services to improve the interventions for maternal and child health outcomes in Kenya and India for an American non-profit.

• Road Safety: Developed implementation strategies to improve a driver’s ability to negotiate accident-prone spots on Indian highways to facilitate reduced road fatalities for an infrastructure client.

• Organisational Behaviour: Co-designed strategies to help account managers scale account growth and improve client relationships within an analytics organisation.

Creative Impact and Experience Lab + The Rockefeller Foundation, NYC

​

Worked in the research team for capturing insights and lessons from leaders and movements from around the world that lead to ‘transformational change’ in the space of human rights and development. The learnings were documented on the website www.tclleadership.org.

Breakthrough U.S, NYC

​

Designed advocacy content and social media collateral for their ongoing programmes against gender-based violence in the campuses in the US.

Film and TV Commercials, Mumbai

​

Conceptualised and designed sets for a Hindi movie and three television commercials. Also

co-ordinated execution, managed set changes and ensured continuity during shoots.

Led on-site supervision and designed drawings for a lake redevelopment project in the old temple town of Bhubaneshwar, Odisha.
